Read the whole thing and you'll understand why the 5 star! Went a few weeks ago and asked for a brunch burger WELL DONE, yes I'm that type, cant do anything else other than well done, anyways ordered it and about half way realized it was actually medium rare, got totally grossed out, couldn't eat any more, everything was great except that, manager gave it to me on the house and gave me a $20 certificate for the next time, 2 days later I decided to go back and try it again, asked for the 2 for 20 special, got the burger well done and guess what it was well done, had a great meal and they honored the certificate. Will most definitely be going back and will recommend to friends and family...

Have visited other restaurants in this chain and have always been satisfied with food and service. This branch was truly dreadful on all counts. Ignored on entry by at least 3 members of staff. Eventually led to a table but the whole place had a grubby feel about it. Food received was dreadful - left most of it, paid and left. Would not return

Every time I eat here there’s a problem. Whether it’s the food being badly cooked or the mean staff, it’s always a bad experience. Had to have my steak recooked three times!

Service is usually good but sometimes it takes a while for the servers to come get your order. The food, however, has improved so much...their updated menu is great!
